Wildflower Seed Mix Velvet Pouches with Personalized Message Card.

1. Determine the number of Forever Wildflowers™ pouches you will need to distribute during the visitation, memorial service, funeral service and grave side service. (Minimum order of 50 pouches) Be sure to remember those you may wish to mail to people unable to attend services.

2. The Forever Wildflowers™ hangtag provides space for personalization of the tag. Using the appropriate writing instrument, we recommend you select someone to personalize the hangtag with the individual's name prior to services.

3. Your order of Forever Wildflowers™ pouches and accompanying keepsake box will be shipped directly to your specified location. If time permits, Forever Wildflowers TM will custom print the hang tag for you.

4. Phone us at 719-783-9099 before noon (Mountain Time) for delivery by 10:00 a.m. two days forward (for example, order by noon Monday and your order will be delivered by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday).

5. Have the following information ready when you phone us

Individual's name
Your name
Your phone number for contact prior to service
Credit card number (We accept Visa and MasterCard)
Credit card expiration date
Name as it appears on the card
Funeral home name, address, phone number and a contact name
Date and time of funeral

6. Your credit card will be billed for the number of Forever Wildflowers™ pouches ordered and next day shipping charges. If you are purchasing the Forever Wildflowers™ pouches for a future event and do not need expedited shipping we will ship via UPS and charge you credit card for the normal UPS shipping rate.
